Our Services
Our services involve purchasing raw materials, designing cutting patterns, assembling using a cut-and-sew manufacturing technique, and adding labels and branding elements like print or embroidery. This adds to the project’s material and labor costs. We don’t just use pre-made blank clothing. Since everything is custom handcrafted, there are no refunds. You agree to complete the project after approving the physical sample. By reading this agreement, you acknowledge that once you receive your entire order of product, there are no refunds.
Disputes
All disputes must be handled via email or Instagram dm, share pictures, a description of what went wrong, and a resolution proposal. Please allow our team to determine the next step in catering to both parties. If there are any quality defects or errors in the wholesale order, we will come up with a solution that’s feasible for both parties.
Returns
We do not accept returns on physical samples, proofs, or sew-outs that you approved. Apparel Island Mfg oversees focusing on the proof’s specifications and maintaining quality control. You can make changes to your order during the proof and sample stage before we begin mass production.
Refunds
We are unable to refund any graphic design services provided by our team. Our designer’s time on the project is non-refundable.
Cancelling A Project
If you need to cancel the project before wholesale production, you will be charged for the number of samples made. Physical samples can cost anywhere between $150 and $500. You will be able to keep the physical sample and digital product concept for future use as part of the cancellation fee. There is also a cancellation fee for the time our team spends project managing and organizing information, which is in addition to the physical sample cost. The standard cancellation fee per project is $250 plus the physical sample cost of $150 – $500.
Fabric and Color
If you order a collection of goods from us, we will do our best to match each style fabric to each desired colour. For example, if you order sweatshirts, we will do our best to match the materials. In this case, we will not accept cancellations or refund requests. Please refer to our catalogue above for reference and designs.
Shipping Address
Apparel Island Mfg is not responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you provide is correct; we are only responsible for shipping to the address you provide. Any shipping defects or delays must be resolved with the shipping company we used. AI cannot help with customer service issues that these shipping companies may cause
